From 01.01.2021 there is the newly founded subsidiary b-plus technologies GmbH in the b-plus group. The position of the managing director will be taken over by Mr. Alexander Noack, who was most recently head of the Automotive Electronics division of b-plus GmbH, where he supported many customer projects as an expert in measurement, logging and simulation systems for driver assistance and systems for autonomous driving. He acquired his experience in the automotive sector already at the end of the 1990s in the development department of the former Siemens Automotive GmbH. He was also involved in the implementation and marketing of embedded systems applications for more than 10 years before starting his career at b-plus GmbH in 2013. From 1992 to 1997, he studied communications engineering at the Regensburg University of Applied Sciences and completed an MBA program at the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences in 2003.
As a result, the individual subsidiaries of b-plus GmbH have continued to form an efficient and market-oriented group: In the field of testing, validation and safeguarding of automated and autonomous systems, b-plus technologies GmbH is the specialist for the development of hardware and software components as well as overall system solutions.
In the context of the megatrends of digitalization, connectivity and the emergence of new mobility concepts, b-plus automotive GmbH develops software for control units (ECU) and assistance systems (ADAS) for automated, autonomous and connected driving. In the environment of mobile working machines, b-plus mobile control GmbH is active for medium-sized companies. In addition to development services, it also offers its own control hardware and proven control and display components from established manufacturers.
Since its foundation in 1996, b-plus has become an internationally networked and valued engineering partner in the development of hardware and software solutions for autonomous and automated driving. With a total of 240 employees at four locations, the holding company has the know-how and experience to meet the challenges of its customers, including those from the automotive industry and off highway market.
